Healthy Crockpot Vegetable Chickpea Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained
  • 2 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 can coconut milk (light)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
